 DESERT HOWLER BEHIND THE SCENES:

This is one of my Main portfolio projects- The Night Howler, I did after my initial exploration in 2021.

For this project I used ZBrush, Blender, and Photoshop to bring this unique alien creature to life. I started by sculpting the creature in ZBrush, focusing on its anatomy and using the software’s sculpting tools to define its menacing features. Once the model was complete, I moved to Blender for rendering, where I experimented with lighting and textures to set the creature in a dark, nocturnal environment, perfect for its desert hunting grounds.

Finally, I composited the image in Photoshop, refining the colors, contrast, and overall composition to emphasize the creature's details and enhance the eerie atmosphere. The entire process took about six hours spread over a few days, with each stage sculpting, rendering, and compositing adding depth and realism to the final artwork. I'm really pleased with how it turned out!

The Overall Workflow consisted of-

Zbrush- Sculpting, Detailing, and Polypaint.

Blender- Look Development and Rendering.

Photoshop- UV editing, and final Touches
